modeling of complex components
Able to use
English or Metric data
100% engineering
detailed design
CAM-friendly data
Our highly trained staff of design engineers
work with customers to solve problems and help develop quality
tooling in the most cost-efficient manner. B&H offers
complete 2D and 3D design capabilities
using Unigraphics NX3, AutoCAD
2007, Mechanical Desktop 2007 and Inventor 11. Our
engineers are experienced in complex progressive and hand
transfer tooling.
Through our
reverse engineering capabilities, we
are able to to get programmable 2D and 3D data for quick
machining of parts or details. This data can also be
created by our engineering staff to program CNC and EDM
equipment. We are also able to use data produced from our
CMM to program our CNC machines.
Workstation using UG software
We are able to send and receive the following
types of media:
AutoCAD Version
2007, Mechanical Desktop 2007, Unigraphics NX3, IGES, DXF, CSF,
CADL, MESH, SUP, DES, FST, NCAL, SPAC, VDA, STEP, ACIS, PRO E,
SolidEdge, Inventor 11, and Parasolid.
